In addition to your membership and tuition, you’ll want a notebook and a heart rate monitor. Don’t get either, though, until you’ve checked at the desk to make sure you’re getting the correct items. There’s a lot to choose from out there, so please check with us first. Links coming soon.

There’s one more thing you’ll need: a firm decision to draw a line in the sand and say, “I’m doing this. No turning back.”
