Learn how one Redwood Club Member discovered “the perfect blend” of exercises!
I’ve been a member of the Redwood Club for many years and depending on my focus I’ve tended to use it sometimes more and sometimes less with varying effect. This including doing my own workouts and occasional use of the other exercise classes. Last year I felt I needed to take another step in my fitness and began with use of a personal trainer. This was a good next step but when TRCFit was introduced, I found this to be THE perfect blend of a small familiar group combined with a personal trainer and constantly varying workout. The results have been transformational in both fitness and strength. Sean and Geri make it both fun and challenging. TRCFit rocks!
