I took my first TRCFit class in June 2015 and even though it felt like a major challenge for me, I also loved it. Something about doing intervals while getting personal coaching and encouragement from Geri and Sean really helps me push myself, and I also love working out with the other great people in our classes. We cheer each other on, and that makes it so much more fun to have a shared experience with really nice people, who have become my “teammates” in a super-supportive atmosphere. I never would work that hard by myself, for sure! I also love how the workout is always changing, so I am never bored, the time just flies by, which really is a first at the gym for me. It’s so great to have access to water rowers, battle ropes, TRX, and other kinds of cutting-edge workout gear. The result is that I have gotten much stronger, my knee pain is hardly there at all any more, and I just feel so much better in my everyday life, mentally, physically, and in every way. I can’t say enough good things about TRCFit, it is an amazing program. It’s also an affordable way to get top-notch personal training and expertise, which really counts and makes all the difference.
