If you are looking for a super efficient, high-intensity workout with extreme results, this total body circuit training is for you.
The 30 or 45 minute workout is cross-training at its best, helping you build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular power, as well as, coordination, agility, and flexibility.This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms.
