While not brand new, the TRC Fit program was an exciting addition to the Redwood Club in 2015. It is coached by personal trainers and timed workouts take place out on the gym floor. By working out in a group with the personal trainers, you are held accountable to showing up, finding and pushing your limits, and maintaining proper form. While it’s a group setting, attention and care is given to each participant’s abilities and goals.
