Elise Moseley has been teaching exercise classes since 2012 and was one of the first graduates of the Fitness, Nutrition, and Health program at SRJC. She began her love of fitness as a figure skater, and later found her way into the world of group exercise as a participant. She immediately loved the atmosphere of participants working together and motivating each other to achieve their goals. As an instructor Elise enjoys making exercise a fun, safe, and social part of people’s lives. Her favorite part of any class is when a participant succeeds at something they previously did not think they could do. Outside of the gym Elise is in school pursuing a master’s degree in counseling. She loves hiking and hanging out with her chihuahua Truffle.
