Samara, who teaches both yoga and spin here at the Redwood Club, is an unbelievable teacher as reported by many Redwood Club members and Geri. Samara was introduced to yoga at the age of fourteen and has been teaching it for eleven years now. Another passion of Samara’s is spin class, which she has been teaching for two years.
When taking a yoga class with Samara, attendees will shortly discover that yoga is exercise not only for the body, but for the soul. We say this because yoga is the perfect medicine for maintaining sanity.
In her free time, Samara enjoys discussing the use of food as medicine and to no surprise of anyone who knows her, Samara’s favorite book is the Autobiography of a Yogi by Pramahansa Yogananda.
Samara’s speciality here at the Redwood Club is teaching Vital Yoga, which focuses on breathing, stretching, and toning while also—releasing tension. Vital Yoga is ‘Yoga From the Inside Out’.
