TRC Fit incorporates a variety of fun and unconventional equipment. No more boring hours staring at the display on a treadmill or elliptical! TRC Fit programming is sure to keep you entertained while giving you the kick in the pants you need. TRC Fit challenges mind and muscle with full-body interval training. Favoring compound exercises like pushups over isolation exercises (like bicep curls), TRC Fit maximizes fat burn and functional strength development.

TRC Fit will also keep your body guessing by using undulating periodization. This method of exercise cycles intensity and volume over a period of weeks, preventing the dreaded plateau. By varying your weights, sets, and reps in this manner, you target different types of muscle fibers during each workout. Your body must constantly adapt to this variation, keeping you progressing toward your fitness goals.
